About Our Products
We sell only quality products from some of America's top announcement manufacturers; the same top-quality items sold in fine stationery and paper stores. Announcements are printed on archival quality stock, with vivid colors and fine matte or textured finishes, and most of the cards are acid-free and lignin-free, so they will maintain their beauty for years to come.
All of our products include envelopes at no extra charge, and are shipped sealed in watertight packaging and protective corrugated containers.
Payments, Pricing and Guarantee
Ordering through our secured servers is easy and SAFE! We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express safely through Authorize.Net. Look for the "lock" symbol on your browser during checkout. We strongly advise you against making credit card purchases from any non-secured web site. Sending information by e-mail is also not a secure method. Internet experts consider ordering by secured server to be a safer method of transmitting credit card information than the telephone.
Our store automatically calculates sale prices and shipping charges inside the United States (including all U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses). We also add sales tax for orders shipped to Virginia addresses only. There are no set-up or other additional charges. The minimum order is 25 of each item.
Shipping
Delivery times below are after shipping and are estimates only. We cannot guarantee a particular delivery date. While our delivery service has been extremely reliable, such factors as distance and remoteness, extreme weather and shipping during the holiday season can affect delivery time.
* Standard shipping is by USPS Priority Mail, which usually takes 2-3 business days after the order is printed.
* Express Mail offers overnight delivery (second day to some remote and/or distant zip codes) after the order is printed.
Our rates apply to orders shipped to all 50 United States, U.S. territories, and all APO/FPO adresses. Prices include handling.
Due to extensive customs delays to other destinations, we are currently accepting international orders only from Australia, Great Britain, Canada, Mexico, Bermuda and Japan. We do accept orders from members of the US Armed Forces worldwide when delivered to an APO or FPO address; these orders are shipped by Priority Mail at the regular domestic rate. (If you are having trouble placing an order to an APO address, please e-mail us and we will help you place your order.)
All other international orders will be shipped by Global Express Mail (usually 2-3 day delivery after shipping). When your international order is received, we will e-mail you regarding your final shipping rate. We cannot be responsible for customs charges or tarriffs, or for any delays caused by the carrier or the recipient, or due to customs inspections, tariffs or other matters beyond our control.
Catalog
In order to provide the lowest prices on premium quality Announcements and allow for frequent updates, we have chosen to make our catalog available only the Internet. We do not produce a paper catalog. You can see large views of our cards on-line by clicking the image on the card detail page.

ALL CARD DESIGNS ARE COPYRIGHTED AND ARE THE PROPERTY OF THE CARDS' MANUFACTURERS AND DESIGNERS. BY VISITING OUR SITE, YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL NOT COPY, PRINT, DOWNLOAD OR OTHERWISE REPRODUCE ANY PART OF THE CARDS BY ANY MEANS, MECHANICAL OR ELECTRONIC.
You agree that neither Baby'sHere, Inc. nor its owners, employees or suppliers shall be liable for any direct, consequential or incidental damages arising out of any aspect of your order, including but not limited to products, printing or delivery, except for refund or replacement when products are defective in an amount limited to the price of the order.
BabysHere, Inc. cannot warrant against late deliveries due to shipping delays, manufacturers' discontinuation or back-orders, or for any other reason.
BabysHere, Inc. reserves the right to label the reverse side of cards to indicate the card's source.
